For certain product lines, Scopes and Night Vision requires a signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud.If the receiving party (customer) waves the signature required for order delivery, Scopes and Night Vision takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability". If a signature waiver is required, Scopes and Night Vision will need said statement in writing. It can also be stated within order comments for any specific transaction. Verbal notification will not be accepted.

Scopes and Night Vision stands by the quality and craftsmanship of all available merchandise. We will work with our customers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and / or shipping concerns. Please note Scopes and Night Vision may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product. Scopes and Night Vision reserves the right to require this information only as needed.

All damaged, missing or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery.Under no circumstances will rejected or refused merchandise qualify for a return claim unless otherwise specified by Scopes and Night Vision.

For most merchandise.Items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.If you do wish to submit a returned merchandise claim, please do so using online link. Further specific instructions will be given within 1 to 3 business days. Please do not ship back unauthorized returns, otherwise the return claim may be automatically rejected and customer  will be responsible for return shipping costs. No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be restocked and / or refunded. please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

As a reminder,all damaged, missing,or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise return claims may be delayed and / or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package / product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by Scopes and Night Vision through its shipping carrier ( i. e. UPS, FedEx, etc.). Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO EXCEPTIONS.

All return claims involving allegedly defective (non damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: Scopes and Night Vision will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the customer for shipment back to Scopes and Night Vision and / or its partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was mis-shipped or product was defective. Scopes and Night Vision is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However ,if order was correctly shipped and returned product  is deemed non- defective, customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by Scopes and Night Vision and any additional shipping costs required to reship said merchandise to the customer location.

If non-defective merchandise received by Scopes and Night Vision does not qualify for replacement, customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. Scopes and Night Vision reserves the right  to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound reship fees within 60 days. Scopes and Night Vision will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products.

All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abuse wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective,Scopes and Night Vision will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.
